Meredith Harper has been integrally involved in the international art world for over sixteen years.

She received undergraduate and graduate degrees in art history from the University of Virginia and Case Western Reserve University, during which time she also served as a curatorial assistant in the department of Modern Art at the Cleveland Museum of Art.

Ms Harper worked for seven years in Christie's New York sales rooms, where she oversaw the repositioning of 20th century works on paper as a specialized sale category.  As a Vice-President in the Impressionist & Modern Art and Private Sales departments, she also advised collectors on buying in all mediums.  Ms Harper followed her tenure at Christie's as a director at the prestigious C&M/L&M Arts and Van de Weghe Fine Art galleries in New York, where she continued to work with private collectors in the sale and acquisition of important modern and contemporary American and European art.  She has participated in facilitating private transactions totaling over $50 million.

Ms Harper founded her advisory service in 2008.  Her extensive relationships among collectors, private dealers and galleries allow her to share with her clients both objective advice and broad access in helping them to achieve their collecting goals.  Her depth of experience and academic background provide a critical combination of both art historical and market perspective.
